1. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
If we cannot fix your problem, you don’t pay for the repair labour.
What this means:
– If we are unable to resolve the original issue, no labour charges will apply
– You will only be charged if:
– The issue is successfully diagnosed and fixed
– You approve additional work or parts replacement
Exceptions:
– Diagnostic service agreed in advance
– Issue outside original scope
– Customer declines recommended repairs
– Hardware faults requiring parts replacement
– Third-party or external system issues
2. Service Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on all labour and repair services.
Covered:
– Recurrence of the same issue
– Faults related to original repair
– Errors from our work
Not covered:
– New issues
– Software changes after service
– Malware/virus after completion
– Misuse or accidental damage
3. Parts & Hardware Warranty
Parts supplied are covered by manufacturer warranty usually 12 months..
4. Onsite Service Warranty
– Applies only to resolved issue
– Revisit within 30 days at no labour cost for same issue
5. Remote Support Warranty

– Applies only to original issue
