Cancellation Policy
Introduction
At The Tech Co, we value your time and ours. Our technicians schedule appointments specifically for each customer, therefore we require advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Appointment Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their onsite service appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit without any cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $75 may apply to cover technician time and scheduling costs.
Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments cancelled on the same day as the service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the first hour of booked service rate.
Technician Arrival / No Access
If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and no one is present, or we cannot access the premises, a call-out fee of 100% of first hour fee will apply.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if at least 24 hours notice is provided.
Emergency Situations
We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in genuine emergency circumstances.
